my 5-yr-old son hasn't even seen this movie, but he did see previews and trailers which made him like the character wall-e. since he's just learning to read, i try to find books that are interesting for him (he's definitely out of the 'baby' book stage) but still easy enough to let him help me read.
this was perfect for him. not too short, and not too long, so it held his attention too.

| Great Wall-e book. Good synopsis of the story for young readers. In fact I read it to the party-goers as several of them had not seen the movie. It gave them a very good idea of what the movie was about and who Wall-e was. |

| Great book that is a good overview of the movie for children. They include a few weird words, such as 'holodetector' and may be difficult for young children to read as well as hard to describe what the word is (the best thing to say is 'computer'). |
