Remember when Little People toys lasted forever? I own many used Little People toys my kids oder. This set is not at all up to par with our other toys. The red slide breaks off when used and has discoloration due to bending of the plastic. It's not my assmebly because we were given one by a neighbor and it has the same problem.

Not bad for a plastic monster. I always imagined that when I would have kids I would only buy them quality, wooden toys. Well, reality has set in: I had a boy in the classic definition of the word. These Little People toys are not too bad. I got this for my son as a "big brother" gift when he was almost two. He loves pushing the cars up and down the ramp and using the elevator. It definitely holds his interest more than some other educational toys.

My son got this last Christmas from his grandparents and loves it! He uses the tow-truck to pull everything! The elevator is difficult to use, and is not really played with for that reason. He loves to race the cars down the ramp and watch them fly off into the kitchen. It also holds all of his other cars, making clean-up easy because all cars go in the garage! Our garage also came with a DVD, which he loves to watch as well. It's just a 20 minute video, but has great songs and stories that are quick and easy to understand.
| No Replacement Cars??? | 2008-11-25 | 3 / 5 |

This is a great toy except for one thing, it only comes with a couple of cars. My grandkids lost the cars AND the Little People that go with the garage. Other cars do not necessarily fit in the ramps and I think its strange that Fisher Price doesn't offer more cars AND Little People for consumers to purchase. Even if your kids/grandkids don't lose theirs, they might like a little variety? This is kind of turning me off the Little People brand. The Little People series from my daughter's childhood had all kinds of extra people, etc. to buy to go with the sets. My only regret is that I didn't keep them. :(

Bought this for my two year old nephew who loves cars, bridges, ramps, etc. However the elevator was too difficult for him to work and even when I would help him the elevator was still problematic. When I couldn't operate the elevator correctly on my own I knew there was a problem but was too irritated to disassemble it and return it. On top of it, it took a long time to assemble it due to all the parts so I don't want to waste the time it would take to disassemble it. Anyways, now he doesn't play with it at all.
