We bought this combination package of mix-and-match puzzles for our niece, who is just over a year old. As with most Melissa and Doug products, it is sturdy, brightly colored, and easy for young hands to manipulate. And what a reasonable price -- these puzzles are $10-15 EACH in our local bookstores.
We love the mix-and-match idea. She can learn first how to put the puzzle pieces into any opening. Then, she'll eventually find a new challenge with this same toy when she grasps the concept of matching the color and design. Essentially, two puzzles in one for each of these!
Gotta say, I was tempted to open it and play with it myself! ;-) |

| These puzzles are great and colorful. They are nice because I was able to separate the pack of individually wrapped puzzles to give each one as separate gifts. My 2 year old really enjoys her puzzle. My friend's daughter also really enjoys her puzzle. Great price for these puzzles!! |

I just received the puzzle bundle today. However there was only 1 of the 3 puzzles included. Sigh! The customer service at was very helpful & courteous once I was able to track down a phone number. They offered to send me out an entirely new set of 3.
The puzzle I did receive is of very nice quality. Although, yes, simple in that only the hind end of the animals comes out as a piece.

| I bought the pazzles for my 14mo boy. The colors and graphs are really nice and I like them. But my son still can't enjoy them yet. He tried to put the pieces back onto the board, but couldn't figure out how just yet. Then he got frustrated and started to throw the pazzle. I'll try to introduce them to him again when he gets a little older, maybe at 18 month. |
