| This is fine for a young child - if you absolutely do not care that the audio sounds like it is coming from a bad telephone speaker. |

| We bought this for our daughter's 5th birthday. We wanted a cd player/radio, and thought it would be best to get an alarm clock, too, since she's growing, but wanted something cute. This product is sturdy, is really cute and bright in person. I found that the sound is fine and she really likes it. It is heavy, so it doesn't feel like it's going to tip over or fall easily. |

This is for my 7 yr old daughter's room. Just what we wanted for her, with the CD player and clock radio. Not high quality but good quality for the price. There is a wire antenna attached whick makes it easier to pick up radio stations compared to most clock radios. CD player works good and easy enough for 7 yr old to use.
Would definately recommend. |

It pleased my 9 year old granddaughter, so it was fine. She is
too young for an iPod, she still likes Hello Kitty,
and she can listen to stories while she is in her room. |
